Are you a highly skilled and experienced professional seeking a management role in the coffee industry? Our prestigious, newly opened coffee shop in London, Knightsbridge is in search of a dedicated Coffee Shop Manager who can uphold our commitment to excellence.

The Manager will be a dedicated and experienced person. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the outlet, maintaining high standards of service, and creating a positive dining experience for our guests. This role requires leading and supervising the entire outlet team, coordinating their activities and ensuring excellent customer service at all times along with the supervisor.

Key Responsabilities:

â–ªManage, Supervise and coordinate the activities of the outlet Team members. â–ªAssign duties and responsibilities to Supervisor, team members, ensuring efficient workflow and â–ªOversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to established procedures, and high-quality service. â–ªOversee the setup and closing procedures, ensuring that the outlet is properly prepared for service and meets cleanliness and hygiene standards. â–ªTraining new team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and SOPs. â–ªProvide ongoing coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. â–ªPrepare attendance, disciplinary, sales etc. reports on regular basis as and when required. â–ªAnticipate guest needs and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience. â–ªResponsible for handling and maintaining petty cash accurately and transparently. â–ªMonitor menu mix and implement strategies to promote high-margin items. â–ªConduct menu engineering analysis to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. â–ªEfficiently manage coffee shop inventory, optimizing stock levels and minimizing waste.

â–ªProvide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional â–ªInteract with customers regularly to gather feedback on product quality and service. â–ªFollow the instructions from the Operations Manager as and when issued

Requirements: ▪Proven experience as a Café/Restaurant Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry. ▪In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staffing, inventory management, and health and safety regulations. ▪Must be eligible to work in the U.K.
