We are looking for assistant manager or supervisor for the Dawn Seal, based on the famous Abbey road, nw8, LDN. We are a specialty coffee shop with excellent quality fresh food and a full downstairs kitchen.

Your role will be - - Manage inventory and stock receiving - Manage and support the team - Work with owner on performance management - Manage the cleaning schedule - Ensuring the barista team are supported with training and serving the best quality coffee - Work toward managing the schedule - Managing the front of house relationship with back of house
You will be a assistant manager or supervisor who is looking for a fresh opportunity to manage The Dawn Seal as it comes into it’s second year. You should have some experience managing teams.
