Rosslyn is a collection of three independent speciality coffee shops located within the City of London, expanding our business estate in the coming months. We prioritise taking care of our team who do such a good job taking care of our guests. Since our launch in 2018 we have worked closely with the Living Wage Foundation and have spoken in the Houses of Parliament as well as met with the Mayor of London to help encourage other businesses to follow suit.

Listed amongst the best coffee shops in the world by the likes of The Financial Times, Sprudge, National Geographic and Conde Naste, we are still only in the early stages of our growth at Rosslyn and have exciting plans for the future.

We are seeking people to expand our management teams with both a Shop Manager and Assistant Manager role as we gear up for a period of growth. As part of the management team, you will have proven operational experience in hospitality with a background in speciality coffee a bonus. You will be taking the lead in contributing to our mission, upholding our values and implementing our service standards.

As part of the Management team, you are ultimately accountable for the overall performance of your shop, and you achieve success by consistently:

  • Approaching your business strategically

Our Managers also work directly with their teams on the shop floor and the role is expected to also welcome guests, make coffee, operate the till, take orders and ensure that the shop remains a pleasant place to be.
