We are looking for an energetic, motivated, sales & customer service focussed Multi Site Store Manager to come on board for our Euston and St Pancras stores.

Dum Dum Donuts are the world’s first artisan baked donut / croissant donut brand. Made with only natural ingredients and yet uncompromising on irresistible deliciousness, Dum Dum’s offer beautifully baked (not fried) handmade donuts to a growing legion of our loyal of fans across the UK.

He have successful outlets in Box Park Shoreditch, Westfield Shopping Centre, Box Park Croydon, Brighton, Lakeside and are now looking to expand into London stations. We are also the only doughnut brand in Harrods .

Over the last couple of years we have collaborated with The Brit Awards, V Festival, JUST EAT’S First Food Fest and a varied range of events and locations.

In our relatively short lifespan, we have attracted an ever growing and loyal customer base from the public, press and celebrities alike. Our fast expanding company and unique offering has meant that we have been able to react to the growing demands of Dum Dum fans (Donuteers) across the world.

It’s worth noting that queues outside all Dum Dum Donutteries are not uncommon!

The Role

The successful candidate for Store Manager will be an energetic, motivated individual who enjoy selling, leading teams to hit sales targets whilst also giving excellent customer service. Experience of building corporate relationships also would be beneficial. Build, develop and retain a high-performing retail team through strong recruitment, training, coaching and development, succession planning and leadership practices and in line with company expectations. Our Multi Site Store Manager will lead and ensure retail delivery of the Dum Dum brand in store ensuring that all retail experiences meet and exceed our customer expectations. Ensure excellent execution of all brand and marketing initiatives - right first time, every time. Drive a high sales-focused culture within retail without detriment to the customers, brand or employees. Our Multi Site Store Manager will support the daily and weekly forecasting through effective use of the forecasting system, controlling labour costs and use of disposables. Deliver retail profit targets without compromising the brand, customer experience, product quality or employee engagement. Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements and processes at all times. Ensure that all retail employees are managed consistently and fairly, taking consistent action with poor performance, and encouraging and recognising good performance. Store Manager will work with the team to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and Health and Safety compliance. What skills and experience do you need to be successful at Dum Dums? Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills Experience working in a fast paced, retail environment preferably with previous management experience. Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude Ability to create an engaging, rewarding working environment Ability to work to company brand standards and lead by example to encourage your team to do the same Proof of right to work in the UK

Salary is competitive and in addition there are bonuses paid on a monthly basis which exceed an additional 20% of salary.
