Our purpose is simple: to source outstanding, seasonal coffee, roast it to bring out its best, and deliver a coffee experience that delights—every single time.

The Wholesale Delivery Driver will deliver exceptional customer service and most importantly, be passionate about their work and what we do. You will work closely with our operational team onsite, visit coffee shops around London, and build strong relationships with our customers.

The role will include but is not limited to:

  • Provide a friendly and meticulous delivery service
  • Carefully plan delivery routes
  • Picking and packing roasted coffee for wholesale orders
  • Loading and unloading wholesale orders from van
  • Ensure deliveries are made in full and on time
  • Build relationships with our wholesale customers - bringing sensitivity and understanding to their business needs
  • General vehicle maintenance
  • On-site coffee machinery troubleshooting where required
  • Feedback and communication with other departments such as Production and Wholesale to ensure we are always improving and putting our customers’ needs first

Key Requirements & Skills

  • Clean and full UK driver’s licence
  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • 1-2 years experience as a delivery driver, ideally within a wholesale setting within the food and drink industry
  • Excellent customer service skills, with clear communication and a professional but friendly approach
  • Strong safety focus, including safe driving, manual handling, and following regulations
  • Good time management, with efficient route planning and reliability
  • Able to load/unload goods in line with manual handling regulations
  • Well organised, with high attention to detail
