Lupo Bros Brunch Cafe is independent with 3 sites, first site was opened in 2016, South West London. We serve the finest quality products available, we roast our own coffee beans in Herne Hill, we also bake our own in-house sourdough that we also sell as retail. Our meat is from Ginger Pig butchers and other fantastic organic products either made in-house or bought from local companies.

Lupo Bros requires a Cafe Manager to manage the day to day running of the cafe. We have a small team of 7/8 people and are all committed to providing excellent quality products in a friendly, positive and caring environment.

Your main job will be to ensure service is successful, smooth and organised, working closely with the brothers. As a neighbourhood cafe we have a lot of local regular customers, they visit daily or weekly and their support and friendship is the backbone of Lupo Bros brand. Taking care of customers is the key responsibility of the cafe, we are here to give a great experience.

Weekends are very busy with lots of guests, weekdays are not as busy but waves of rushes, so training will be a big part of the role and supporting other sections when required. We are very service orientated a friendly character, happy to greet customers, regulars and new faces alike is a must.

Management Duties/Attributes:

-Most important look after our guests -Attention to detail -Taking orders and payments -Liaise with the team and brothers -Training and developing junior team members -Recruitment of new team members as and when -Put new starters on the system -Assist the manager make the rota weekly -Cash out, closing procedures and EOD reports -Sit in on staff meetings and appraisals -Review team members performance -Follow health and safety policies -Follow hygiene procedures and ensure paperwork is up-to date -Allergy training -Ensure cafe is clean, tidy, safe and hygienic -Assist to complete weekly stock take, monitor stock, place orders -Assist to order stock JIT -Communicate effectively with kitchen -Weekly stock take -Ordering daily/weekly -FIFO First in first out with supplies -Check daily deliveries -Input invoices on the system
