Coffee Shop Manager

We’re two cousins launching a new coffee shop in Battersea — a space rooted in family, Vietnamese culture, and a shared love for delicious coffee.

We’re looking for an experienced Coffee Shop Manager who is ready to take the lead as we build something special from the ground up.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a coffee shop
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• A love for speciality coffee and curiosity about Vietnamese flavours and traditions
• Reliable and committed to weekday hours

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
