We are looking for a charismatic, coffee-loving individual to join our team in a brand new role and to help drive the growth of an up-coming and progressive speciality coffee roastery.

• Full-time • Based in Oxford with regular regional and national travel • Available immediately • Competitive salary

The Wholesale Business Manager will work with the directors on developing an ambitious acquisition and retention strategy.

Key responsibilities: • Develop a pipeline of new mainstay customers • Grow a big network of new feature customers • Helping the team maintain quality across our current customer base, ensuring training and machine maintenance is up to date • Regular cuppings and partnering with the roasting and production team • Monitoring market trends • Managing regular wholesale blogs and communications to maintain and grow engagement • Develop and lead a strategy for trade shows
