The Wholesale Account Manager is tasked with representing Fjord Coffee Roasters to our future and current wholesale customers. They are responsible for developing and maintaining or growing those relationships. The wholesale account manager seeks to create personalised value for each of our clients through providing ongoing training and support in whatever way they deem fit while maintaining the values of Fjord. Additionally the Wholesale Account Manager will be involved in marketing activities such as festival visits, international cafe tours or other sales focused efforts.
The day to day work can be quite varied with a mixture of communication with clients, hands on training with clients, some administration tasks.
We are looking for someone that can help Fjord grow in a sustainable way. As this is a multifaceted position, we believe that we offer the platform to grow and learn more about business side of cafes and roasting.
