Are you a barista looking to take the next step in your career? Do you have an interest in tech or maintenance? Do you have a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills?

At Climpsons, part of our offering for our wholesale customers is to support and assist with maintenance and technical advice on equipment, as well as onboarding new customers who may want new or upgraded equipment (This may be coffee machines, grinders, water filters or filter coffee machines). We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team, working alongside the technical maintenance and logistics teams. You will play a key role in assisting the teams in facilitating technical support and administration so a solid understanding of coffee machines and grinders would be advantageous, but not essential.

This role requires strong coordination skills as you will be overseeing stock on site, as well as equipment coming in and out for repair or for instals. This will require sound administrative skills, to ensure our spreadsheets and CRM are up to date and billing and invoicing is accounted for.

Part of this role you will be required to visit customers to support in emergency call outs or to assist in troubleshooting. Or perhaps when a customer has a new piece of equipment to install you will be there to assist them in dialling in.

This role will work across 4 weekdays and a Saturday, so you will be the person answering any calls that may come in over the phone for technical situations.

We are looking to develop this position so if you have initiative, a willingness to see things through to completion and are keen to learn, then please apply! We will provide extensive training on basic maintenance and our technical process.
