Doppio Coffee Ltd, a coffee company lunched in 2010. Currently operating from 4 different locations within London, with an expansion plan of several new and exciting brunches to open in the short term. Each brunch is comprised of a showroom, espresso bar and a sitting area.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who has the passion for coffee and hospitality. We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and motivated individual to join our Muswell Hill location as a manager with vast opportunities for career progression and development in a dynamic, fast-growing establishment.

Your duties will include:
- Be responsible for the daily operation of the shop
- Recruit new staff
- Create work schedules
- Provide training and grow the knowledge and skills within the team
- Organize the work environment and always be on top of procedures and daily/weekly routines
- Ensure high standards of customer’s service
-Set and maintain high standards for hygiene and health& Safety
-Report directly to the operation manager
We are looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in managing people within a fast pace, dynamic and quality focused environment
-At least 2 years of experience as a barista in a high-quality focused environment
- Previous experience in recruiting, training, and motivating teams of staff
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude towards people in your environment
- Availability to work flexible hours and accordance to the shop needs and find solutions for unexpected situations
-Ability to remain calm and find solutions to
- Administrative and organization skills
