We are recruiting a full time Junior Roaster/Production Assistant role. The successful candidate will be given in-house training. The training will be meticulous and time will be spent observing roasts, supporting the roasting team, and assisting with general production duties, with the end goal of becoming a full-time production roaster. You must love working as part of a team, have a keen eye for detail and great communication skills.
This role would suit someone with 1 - 2 years roasting experience looking to develop their knowledge further in a high volume environment. Alternatively, someone with a passion for speciality coffee looking to enter a roasting environment for the first time. Traditionally this role is Monday to Friday with immediate start.
