FWD:Coffee is an established coffee business operating from 3 stores in Shoreditch, Barbican and Farringdon.
Serving coffee from Climpson and Sons alongside guest coffees from some of the best roasters in London our stores are fun, fast-paced environments.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic coffee lover to join and lead our lovely team at our Whitecross branch. You do not necessarily need managing experience, your ambition and passion for coffee are a must. Our shop is busy, you will be leading a small team of fully trained baristas and will be working with the managing director to help grow the business.
This role includes: - Managing the team - Hiring new staff - Looking after health and safety standards - Ordering stock - Making weekly rotas - Payroll - Keep improving KPIs
You will be working around 40 hours/week, Monday until Friday, mostly morning shifts. Starting rate is 28k and potential increase after KPIs review. The position is to start ASAP.
