F&B Assistant - Full-time & Part-time roles available
About the Role
This is an exciting and challenging role in an invigorating work environment. Successful candidates will be responsible for creating a superb day-to-day experience for all our members and guests through professional, friendly and attentive customer service, crafting perfect coffees and assisting the preparation of our healthy breakfast and lunch menus. You will be part of the team in charge of preparing monthly events like member breakfasts, evening drinks and tea times as well as assisting with all F&B elements for regular parties, business talks and events. You will ensure that the kitchenettes, which service offices on each floor, are always full of complementary healthy treats/teas & coffee for our members to enjoy, as well as assisting with delivering catering for our meeting rooms. You will be working closely with other F&B members of staff as well as our Front of House team. You will report to our Food & Beverage Experience Manager.
About the Candidate
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and friendly people to join the café teams at our co-working spaces in Borough, Highbury, Fulham our new opening in Liverpool Street. This role is perfect for someone looking to hone their customer service skills to be best in class, as well as an opportunity for career development in the food & beverage sector. The ideal candidate will be a positive, hard-working and dedicated individual with an eye for detail, who enjoys building a rapport with regular guests in fast-paced environments. We would love to hear from you if you are a real team player, with strong people skills and a passion for the details. Previous experience in retail or hospitality would be advantageous. Good knowledge of specialty coffee would be a bonus but we offer comprehensive training throughout your career with us.
