We are running a FREE barista training course starting in July.
Summary of the course
- 4 weeks of hands-on barista training (part-time, 3 days per week)
- Work experience in a coffee shop
- Internationally recognised Foundation Barista qualification from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA)
- Customer Service & Food Safety Level 2 certificates
- Industry focused CV development
- Travel and lunch paid for
- Ongoing employment, personal, and training support for 6 months after finishing training
Dates and location
- Location: Tower Hamlets (DLR station Langdon Park)
- Next course begins on JUNE 17th
- Assessment Day on June 10th
Who can apply to this course (must meet ALL criteria)
- Aged 18-24
- Residents of London boroughs Tower Hamlets, Hackney or Newham
- Unemployed
- Not in any other training or education
- Actively looking for work
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have good conversational and written English comprehension skills
- Be comfortable with basic maths
