We at 640East are looking for one full timer (5days, 45hr) and one part timer (3/4days, 25-30hr).

- Actioning day-to-day operations in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate innovative skills in helping create new menu items that reflect changing trends and seasons.
- Support 640East colleagues and management on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy at all times; both inside and outside areas in line the 640East Standards.
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation.
- Be able to excel in a fast paced cafe environment.
Who we are looking for
- A hospitality professional who has a passion for all things coffee and cafe.
- A minimum of 2 year experience in the independent/speciality coffee.
- Being eloquent in using 3 group La Marzocco Linea PB, Mazzer and Mahlkonig grinders.
- Be able to pour and present good latte art.
- A confident & vibrant personality who thrives in the buzz of service is key!
- Passionate about detailed hospitality, guest experience and dedicated to exceptionally high standards of service.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
