We are an independent café situated on Highbury corner, north London serving French pastries, cakes and hot food, our main espresso is from Monmouth Coffee. We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and energetic barista who is capable of making great consistent coffees, and works well under pressure as this place can get busy at times. The right candidate needs to be comfortable with dialling in a well balanced espresso, cleaning and maintaining La Marzocco Linea Classic and VA Mythos 1 grinder and be able to do latte art. You’ll be working in a small team daily, we’re very relaxed and always welcome to new ideas!
We are looking for a full timer (3-5 days) and also a part timer (weekends only) our opening hours are Mon-Fri 0730-1600 Sat/Sun 0800-1700
