We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and hard-working person to join our coffee bar in Wood Green, North London. Speciality coffee experience preferred.
As a barista you will be expected to sell, make coffee and bring personality to the space. In selling, you should be comfortable in talking about and explaining all menu items ranging from coffee and tea, to sandwiches and sweet treats. We serve espresso-based and filter coffees and so knowledge about these is essential, as well as a genuine interest in learning more as your role develops.

• Has a valid right to work in the UK • Is dedicated and committed to quality product and service • Is a great multi-tasker • Has a genuine interest in learning more about coffee and hospitality, and developing their skills • Can engage with customers comfortably • Contributes to a positive, enjoyable environment • Can work weekends and start work (and function well) as early as 6am • Has experience making quality coffee in a busy environment • Is happy doing what needs to be done to help the shop run smoothly • Takes initiative and ownership of their work • Anticipates customer and shop needs • Acts with integrity
