Digital Content Coordinator:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Coordinator to join our marketing team! Results-driven, sales-oriented and creative, you are obsessed with all things marketing and technology, have a way with words and can demonstrate experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing, preferably with experience using Shopify. As a small and dynamic team, we value a hands-on approach with a passion and knowledge of speciality coffee a plus.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Strategy, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to run our day-to-day product and coffee releases, collaborate on end-to-end campaign delivery and drive the success of our online marketing efforts, including paid, SEO, email marketing and social media.

Your Role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Build, upload and manage content for coffee releases, product launches and campaigns.
  • Manage the social calendar and content across all channels.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and strategies that reach new audiences and foster lasting digital connections with our customers.
  • Drive SEO efforts and launch optimised organic and paid campaigns through Google and Bing to drive traffic and amplify brand awareness.
  • Drive efforts and launch optimised organic and paid campaigns across social channels
  • Track, monitor and report results.
  • Prepare and manage online newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the E-commerce team to drive traffic, deliver the best user experience, and optimise our online marketing channels and webshop.
  • General marketing team support

About you:

  • Passionate about all things digital with a finger on the pulse of what’s trending.
  • Highly organised with the skill set to work across multiple tasks and channels at the same time.
  • Great communication skills to successfully engage our team, our audience and manage external relationships
  • Strong social copywriting skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Shopify and Klavyio is desirable.
  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to work well autonomously across multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and departments to achieve the best results and meet business objectives.
  • Open and flexible with the changing requirements and tasks of this fast-paced department.
  • Results-driven with an interest in e-commerce.
  • Technical skills and hands-on experience with SEO development and general digital marketing activities across paid and organic.
  • Organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • A background in / or experience in speciality coffee or hospitality is a plus.
