About the role:

We are looking for a customer service coordinator to assist our team in delivering exceptional customer service to our customers across the UK.

The successful candidate will work closely with our head of customer service and assist with answering customer enquiries via phone, chat, email and through our ticket system. The role also involves assisting with new customer account enquiries, sales order processing and general day-to-day administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handing customer enquiries over the phone, on chat, via email and through our ticket system

• Setting up and managing new customer accounts

• Sales order processing

• Proactively contacting new & existing customers to generate sales

• Identifying new sales opportunities for the business

• General day-to-day administrative support

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Clear and concise communication skills (verbal and written)

• Excellent teamwork and an ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

• Confident decision-maker

• Commercial awareness with accurate planning, scoping and budgeting

• A proactive, ‘get stuck in’ attitude and a desire to always deliver quality work


• Experience within a customer service role

• Experience using Freshdesk

• Experience of using Interprise Suite
