We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Coffee Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our coffee bar.
Serve and present all beverage products quickly and efficiently, adhering to Lavazza’s high standards.
Demonstrate perfect knowledge of the entire product range and maintain a positive relationship with the team.
Set up the bar and service areas prior to service according to Lavazza standards.
Perform inventory of drinks, condiments, and toppings as required.
Maintain cleanliness and replenish the bar throughout the shift and during closing.
Receive deliveries, follow correct procedures for checking, and forward invoices to the Coffee Manager.
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of guests and colleagues.
Maximize team productivity and provide regular coaching and feedback to deliver the Lavazza customer experience.
Conduct one-to-one and group training sessions for team members, including induction, refresher, and new menu training.
Monitor and implement initiatives for continuous improvement through training.
Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating thorough product knowledge.
Develop a culture of actively seeking feedback from customers on a regular basis.
Respond promptly and efficiently to customer requests and feedback, both verbal and written.
Maintain the bar area to agreed standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Organize, record, and control the temperatures of all refrigerated units.
Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality or coffee industry is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of coffee products and preparation techniques.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle challenging situations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and willingness to ensure compliance.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
