As Coffee Shop Assistant, you will replenish fridges, dry goods and coffee machines and ensure all food and beverage items are ready for service. You will set up and maintain Page Common to the highest standards of cleanliness and welcoming guest atmosphere at all times. You will greet and serve guests in a personalised, polite and friendly manner. You will take orders, serve guests and process card and cash payments with care. You will prepare and serve all food & beverage items on the menu.
As Coffee Shop Assistant, you will have preferably some experience working in a restaurant or coffee shop. Strong customer focus and ability to engage and connect with guests. A desire to provide exceptional customer service. Good command of spoken English, ability to multitask and prioritise. Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns (8 hour shifts in a 5-day work week)
