As Business Development Manager you’ll be an ultimate hustler, you are responsible for planning and implementing strategic outbound lead generation tactics to target new business opportunities while also responding to inbound enquiries across our heartland channel cafes, coffee shops and bakeries. You’ll win & subsequently Account Manage customers in your channel to hit the volume & value target for the business whilst upholding our ‘Caravan of Love’ Account Management standards to provide account support which drives ROS & brand love for CCR. You’ll be the owner of your numbers, upholding regularly reporting & working with the wider CCR team to grow the business in the right way.

Key responsibilities:

• Embody our No Boundaries mindset to think creatively to develop & execute business development strategies which hit volume & value targets for your channel as well as POS & adhoc targets

• Make it better by upkeeping of all reporting to support business tracking, from pipelines & forecast files to sales software such as Bowimi & HubSpot

• Share a little ‘Caravan of Love’ by always being a team player, supporting the wider sales & full CCR team to grow in the right way by sharing expertise, offering support where appropriate & always being willing to challenge the business to be better

• Be an owner. You own your sales channel, be a self-started who can hustle autonomously, be organised & track your progress unlocking your wins

• Allow for a curious & well-travelled hunger for industry knowledge, be on the pulse with your channel, the industry & always quest to know more

• Support environmental stewardship targets and efficiency goals by following departmental environmental policies and monitoring own usage of vital resources such as energy, disposable goods, and food waste, to name a few.

• Respect individual differences with regards to identity, national and cultural background, and level of experience in all interactions while at work, including with members of the public.
