About the role.
Here at Allpress we currently have an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the specialty coffee industry and the relationships it involves. As our Account Manager, you will work in a team of two to develop and maintain genuine, professional and sincere relationships with all Allpress customers - providing expert advice and support.
You will be a personable, conscientious and ambitious individual who ensures delivery of excellent service standards to consistently delight our customers. As a high-profile ambassador for our company and products, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of each customer’s requirements and building genuine rapport.
You’ll be quick on your feet and cool calm and collected in the face of any issues, as our customers will reach out to you in the first instance if something goes wrong. We are looking for someone who can handle these problems in a friendly and professional way, seeking the best possible solution for our customers and always as quickly as possible.
Day to day activities of this role include pro-actively calling customers to receive product orders and processing all sales invoice details to meet delivery expectations. With your natural intuition you’ll anticipate customer needs during the order process and assist with Technical Administration including entering job sheets when required and scheduling of services.
Conscious contact is at the forefront of our customer relationship strategy, so this role will also see you get out and about around London and further afield, to see how our customers and doing and work with them to improve their coffee offering.
Highly developed communication skills and excellent Customer Service skills are essential to the role as well as exceptional organisational skills the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a customer service or similar client facing role. A love for coffee is a must and previous Barista experience would be very beneficial.
