The Role We are looking for a passionate Barista who absolutely loves making high quality coffee in a fast-paced environment. Baristas with attention to detail, efficient, clean and most importantly friendly, engaging and fun to be around.. Successful applicants will have experience in a high-volume coffee environment, serving quality shots and steaming milk. We offer detailed training and internal progression wherever possible. Some of the key attributes we are looking for: Min 1 year experience in Speciality Coffee A positive, confident and open-minded attitude Great communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving High-volume coffee experience highly regarded.
