Using exclusively seasonal produce, we will offer hearty plant-based dishes, fresh smoothies and specialty coffee, as you’ve never seen before. Our founder, Angus, spent the past four years working across hospitality and the planet developing his idea for a modern fast-food concept. From coffee shops to cafes, fine dining restaurants to fast-food chains and from London to Sydney; he has experienced the best and worst of the food and drink world and now presents, Sproot, as his idea for a better future. First and foremost, Sproot will celebrate great ingredients. Using fresh local produce, we hope to create great tasting bowls of food that our customers can enjoy over and over and over again. Having said that, we understand that the world is in crisis as we continue to exploit our natural resources, pollute our land and oceans and our population increasingly suffers from health issues linked to obesity. Sproot has been dreamt up from a desire to give people a radical new mealtime option to help us live better and do better.
