Jefferson's Ice Cream is an exciting new ice cream cafe in Balham. Our vision is simple, to create London’s finest ice cream shop, using natural preservative free, quality ingredients and ideally locally sourced. The business will have a reputation with its customers for selling glorious ice cream, food and drinks; for employing staff that are knowledgeable, friendly and fun; for a beautiful store that awakens the senses; and for instilling a sense of pride amongst the local community. While ice-cream is at the epicentre of what we do, fine coffees (supplied by Ozone Coffee Roasters), teas, other drinks and accompaniments will be a major part of our business.
