Caffeine and Co are one of the originators of the MCR coffee scene and we opened the second speciality coffee shop in the city centre (after NTP). We have taken a slightly different path to our peers, focusing hard on baking and food, but we still make some of the best coffee in the city and have some of the busiest shifts (and we definitely have the prettiest location in Longford Park). We are about to undertake serious expansion including a re-brand so this is the most exciting time to join us. Longford Park will treble its internal covers in the next few months and it will have a complete internal refurb early in 2018. Many of our staff stay a long time in an industry with traditionally high-churn rates, so we must be doing something right.
