Regenerative Bakery & Restaurant Jolene and Big Jo were opened in answer to the damaging practices of modern industrial agriculture, as a way of championing regenerative farming and putting ethical and nourishing food on the table. We are part of a growing family of independent, ethically minded businesses championing regenerative farming and seasonally led cooking, low intervention wines and sustainably sourced livestock and fish. We carry that mindset towards our coffee programme, using responsibly sourced, single origin coffee. This comes from some great UK roasters that provide us with full transparency and information about everything we get in. We also make sure that the equipment in all of our sites is high quality and well maintained and provide training to all staff to help keep it that way.
