Rick and Jill Stein opened The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow back in 1975, and from humble beginnings the business now employs over 500 passionate people and includes 10 restaurants, 40 hotel rooms, self-catering accommodation, four foodie shops, a cookery school and a thriving online shop. The business has grown beyond Cornwall with restaurants in Winchester, Sandbanks, Marlborough and London. Rick and Jill are both still at the helm, with their three sons all involved in the business too, and the Stein family passion for fresh fish, simply cooked is stronger than ever. In 2020 the business was named as one of the top 100 best companies to work for as a result of our commitment to invest in and develop our people.
