Founded in 2007, Söderberg is a Swedish café business with our own bakery, 4 cafes and 3 bakery shops in central Edinburgh. We offer authentically Swedish, high quality food including open sandwiches, bread, pastry and serve Johan & Nyström coffee in Scandinavian-inspired spaces.
