MILK BEACH is a cafe and natural wine bar in Queen's Park, London founded by Elliot Milne, Matthew Robley-Siemonsma and Chris Munnings. Elliot worked with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Technoserve to set up the Coffee Initiative Project in Ethiopia, helping thousands of coffee farmers get financing to purchase better equipment, improve the quality of their coffee crop, and increase profits. Matthew, Head of Coffee, is the two-time UK Roasting Champion and previously played instrumental roles at both Prufrock and TAP. Chris was formerly Head Chef at Duck & Waffle Local. At MILK BEACH we source green coffee and carefully roast it ourselves. We have a modern and creative all-day brunch menu, Postcard Teas, Little Bread Pedlar pastries, and a wine bar in the evenings focused on natural and organic wines with sharing plates.
