Hart’s Bakery is an independent bakery and café in a railway arch at Temple Meads Station.  With bakery, kitchen, shop and café in one space it is a fast paced and fun place to work.  Started in 2012, we have grown steadily and are proud to be part of the flourishing food and coffee scene in Bristol. Specialising in sourdough and handmade pastries we also offer a range of lunch options and coffee.  The space is also regularly used for our own and outside events including private parties, workshops and pop up restaurants. Open from 7am – 3pm Tuesday to Saturday we offer attractive working hours, competitive pay and as a small team, plenty of opportunity to learn and make your mark on a growing business.
