FINE & RAW is a Brooklyn based company that believes the future is beautiful. We manufacture artisan chocolate bars, truffles and confections from bean-to-bar. The chocolate is vegan friendly and chocolate aficionado friendly. We take our work seriously and try not to take ourselves too seriously.
FINE & RAW chocolate was established in 2008 in a notorious loft in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. In 2012 we opened our first bean-to-bar chocolate factory and retail space in Bushwick.
