<p>Independently run since '97 - Cubana has become a cult in the Waterloo area - offering 'only' fresh ingredients, from ripe fruit coming in daily for our cocktails, to our free-range pork and chicken we serve at lunch times!</p> <p>Cuban coffee is something we're excited about; as a result we're opening our new 'Cubana' in the Smithfield region of London, where we will roast our Cuban beans daily and fundamentally produce the best coffee Smithfield has ever seen.</p>
