Apple Butter is a new local 65-cover cafe concept opening in Seven Dials, Covent Garden in December. Open from 8-9pm serving all day breakfasts, comforting sandwiches, light bites, salads and Instagrammable desserts. Speciality coffee will be a focus and takeaway will be offered. The ideal Barista will ideally have: - previous experience working as a Barista in a café or coffee shop - bags of personality - latte art and skills - bean knowledge - grinder set up and quality control
