For the past couple of months, we have been working on some new features and changes to make the Coffee Jobs Board an even better place for business to find and hire coffee professionals. These were made to serve our growing user base better and help them attract the best talent for their cafes and shops.

So without further ado, this is what you will find in the new version of the Coffee Jobs Board: 

Design

Hopefully you'll have noticed things look a little different around here. We have re-written the platfrom and re-imagined the design and experience from the ground up.  We hope it is not only much faster and easier to use, but helps you find relevant information quickly and efficiently.

Employer Dashboard

This is perhaps the most crucial change of the site. The dashboard will now give you at a glance all of your activity on the website. From this single screen, you will be able to purchase job bundles, Candidate Searches and single jobs; you will be able to see an overall application count, latest applications to active listings, and you will be able to see your current purchases status. 
 

Application rankings

As applications start to pile up, it is sometimes hard to review and keep up. This is why we will match every application with your job’s required skillset and highlight the best-ranked candidates for the position. This way you can save time and prioritise those applications that have a better match with what you need.

Candidate suggestions

Along with application rankings, for those users with an active Candidate Search subscriptions, we suggest registered candidates actively searching for a job that are a good match for you.

Pricing

We have listened to your feedback and have introduced a new pricing structure linked to how you use the site and what you expect of paid job adverts. There will be four tiers of job pricing: Memberships, Featured, Premium and Regular Jobs.

Memberships

For those frequent users that hire staff regularly and want to find the best coffee professionals available, memberships offer a set of features that will help you get better staff in less time. For a £50 (or similar USD, EUR, AUD) monthly subscription, you can get 25% off for all Premium adverts, all jobs posted will get re-bumped to the top of the board twice during the time they are live (every 10 days), and you get a free regular advert per month. You’ll also get access to our bespoke Candidate Search feature.

Featured

Because our boards show posted jobs in chronological order, we added a new option to assure that an advert gets all the attention it needs during the time it is active. We will now have up to six (5) featured jobs pinned at the top of each board for those businesses that want to attract as many candidates as possible. These adverts are available on a first come first serve basis, as they are limited.

Premium

Premium job posts are published at the top of each board (after Featured jobs), getting three to five times more views than regular adverts. Premium adverts can still be purchased in bundles of two to give jobs.

Regular

These adverts are listed right after Premium job posts - perfect for small businesses that do not require too many applications or don’t wish to invest in the Premium posts.

Also, we will be shutting down the country and worldwide boards as we have refined our job matching capabilities that will show your jobs to the right audience without compromising visibility, job views and applications.
