Clifton Coffee Roasters is made up of driven coffee professionals with an approachable, friendly company ethos. We are looking for a motivated, driven, self-starter to look after Wales for our busy wholesale team.

You will help maintain an existing portfolio of wholesale customers and be proactive to identify and partner with new quality focused wholesale customers.

Within the role you would be responsible for: customer retention, new coffee/coffee equipment sales opportunities, liaising with customers and dealing with customer enquiries.

The role requires excellent organisation, time management skills, drive to develop coffee knowledge, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. It will be both office and field based with lots of time visiting customers.

You will be required to work occasional weekends for events such as trade shows throughout the year.

Desired responsibilities and attributes:

  • Business to business sales
  • Good communication skills
  • Hospitality experience
  • Speciality coffee experience
  • Knowledge of equipment specifically La Marzocco, Mahlkönig, Fetco and Marco
  • A good knowledge of the Speciality coffee shops and coffee market in Wales
