We believe exceptional coffee can come from people and places you wouldn’t expect; at our roastery in HMP The Mount, we train offenders in coffee industry skills with the aim of reducing reoffending in the UK. Upon release, we help our graduates find work in our own coffee cafes, or within our network.

Your role will be to support the Senior Sales Manager by managing our ever growing corporate and food service customer base. This will include dotting around London visiting multiple customer locations in a day, helping them with anything from grinder repairs to hosting a coffee tasting.
Your role will be to take full ownership of your accounts and drive revenue through new customer activations, machine sales and quality control. Being commercially savvy is a must in this role!
You will be part of the Coffee Team for Redemption Roasters, which includes being present and vocal in coffee quality control and internal cuppings on a weekly basis. This will also include hosting barista training sessions for our wholesale customer base.
The role is extremely dynamic and no two days will be the same. There is massive potential for growth with high anticipation for continuous development in this sector of the business.

Being an ambassador for Redemption Roasters throughout our ever growing corporate customer base in central London and across the UK.
Managing those customer relationships by providing specialty coffee expertise, technical consultation and coffee training at our HQ and on site.
Help drive the sales of coffee and related products and services, both within our existing client base and through identifying new leads.
Provide support for equipment installations.
Conduct on-site training, coffee tastings and cuppings as part of customer acquisition, retention and engagement.
Effectively troubleshooting client problems in a timely manner, over the phone, email and in person.
