Change Please are hiring! Join us now to help end homelessness.

Since 2010, homelessness has doubled in the UK. Now, over 4,000 people sleep rough every night. This is unacceptable. Change Please believes that the nation’s love of coffee is so strong - it could be just what we need to end homelessness once and for all.

Starting with one cart in Covent Garden, we’ve gone from strength to strength and shop to shop. In the past six months we’ve grown dramatically, partnering with like-minded businesses keen to help end homelessness, including the Mayor of London.

We’ve recently taken over several sites in a famous co-working space that need talented baristas to work in them.You will be running your site alone throughout the day, serving free coffee to the members. These sites demand only the absolute best, meaning the role needs the following base skills;

  • Strong Latte Art
  • Dialling in the grind throughout the day
  • Familiar with a La Marzocco Linea or Sanremo Cafe Racer
  • Familiar with Mythos One Grinders and EK43s
  • Very good people skills

The hours available are for Part Time, though we would consider a strong Full Time candidate.

Our kit is varied and exciting, so we need people who can bring a similar range of skills to the table to join our company mission. With everything across the estate from Marzocco Lineas, Sanremo Cafe Racers, the Eversys, and plenty of Mythos Grinders we’ve got the tools, and need the people. Be the change you want to see, and come join us to help the homeless.

Our dream candidate will be inspired by our work helping the homeless, and would have read this job advert very carefully; so please include your favourite colour as part of your cover letter to show you have.

You might be a Head Barista that needs part time hours, or a talented barista looking for a more advanced role. All we ask is that your coffee game is very strong and you feel comfortable representing us in one of our most important partnerships.
