We are looking for a supervisor who will be the most senior staff member at our “brick & mortar” café in the heart of Soho, on Greek Street. The café has been in operation for two and a half years, and we are looking for a supervisor with acute business awareness to help us drive sales and implement business strategy on the ground, whilst making sure the café is running smoothly on a daily basis.

• Understand and implement training programmes for new staff members.

• “Jump in” where necessary to support the rest of the CCCC team during lunch breaks, and days when we are short-staffed.

• Liaise with the business owner and General Manager on a fortnightly basis to discuss operational improvements and how to action them.

• Help the business owner and General Manager to action business decisions and implement marketing strategies in the cafe.

• Oversee staff satisfaction and performance in order to achieve key performance indicators.

• Manage the café space, effectively rotating tables and leading a team in the most vibrant and high-energy part of London.

• An exacting personality committed to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional time management and organisational skills.

• Natural leader willing to inspire and support others.
