Redemption Roasters are on a mission to reduce reoffending through coffee. We challenge perceptions and change lives through specialty coffee.
Redemption is on the look out for experienced baristas who are ready to take the next step in their coffee career. You will lead and inspire the team in all things coffee - from sharing the latest recipes; to running the bar during the morning rush. We have positions available in central and east London locations.

As a Senior Barista at Redemption Roasters, you’ll receive:

Responsibilities include: - Making sure your team are serving absolutely superb coffee, every time - espresso, filter, pour-over and more
Confidently running shifts and supporting your Cafe Management team to drive the cafe performance and deliver amazing results;
Developing & inspiring your team to be the best they can be and go the extra mile for our guests, keeping expectations & standards high;
Deal with customer feedback effectively, using this as an opportunity to improve overall performance and operational best practice;
Ensuring all day-to-day practices of the cafe are maintained at all times including coffee quality, food quality, customer experience, health & safety and food hygiene & allergen practices;

Upon release, we help our graduates find work in our own coffee shops, or within our network.
