Senior Barista - Specialty Cafe and Eatery

Seeking a motivated Barista with experience in specialty coffee and hospitality to join our contemporary restaurant and specialty cafe, with locations in Fulham (SW6) and Kensington High Street (W8). Established in 2009 and boasting our own roasting brand, we prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail and a strong customer focus. Responsibilities include collaborating, training, and supervising the entire front of house team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service. We take pride in using top-of-the-line equipment and partnering with renowned roasters worldwide. Comprehensive knowledge of food, natural wines and coffee roasting would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with our Head of Coffee and be proactive on ensuring we maintain the best standards on all things coffee
• Drive sales and revenue growth
• Lead, motivate and train the front of house team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Assist with managing retail orders and maintaining stock levels
• Foster a collaborative atmosphere to achieve company goals

There will be opportunities to progress to management level for the right candidate as we grow to more new sites in the near future.
