We are an independent coffee shop and brunch restaurant in London’s Westbourne Grove. Since opening in July 2017 we have remained focused on our own unique brand of quality across every detail and customer touch point.
We are customer-centric to the core and proud to have won ‘Top London Coffee House’ in Harden’s annual restaurant awards.
The Senior Barista at TAB X TAB has a central role in defining the house coffee standards, working closely with the Head Barista to ensure consistency of drinks and service.
Our entire space has been designed for maximum engagement with customers and for that reason you’ll find the incredible MAVAM under-the counter-machine set into our front counter - no neck aches, just great coffee and conversation with our guests.
Our house coffee is in partnership with Kiss The Hippo Roastery in Richmond. A collaborative approach to developing our house coffee mean there are regular visits to the roastery and with our talented Q-Grader Head Barista you’ll have a great source of knowledge and experience working along side you.
Our guest coffee game is equally strong. To date we have worked with BOCCA, Colonna, Round Hill, La Cabra and Flying Horse. We rotate our guest roaster periodically and always welcome input from our barista team.
Learning and Development - As well benefiting from the amazing experience within the team, we partner with one of the most respected online learning portals for coffee professionals - Barista Hustle - to provide unlimited courses and access while employed at TAB X TAB. We are always open to support additional training and further education.

BASICS ABOUT YOU:
You like people!
You will have at least 4 years’ customer-facing Barista experience in a quality specialty coffee establishment. With at least 2 of those at senior level with responsibility for other baristas.
Even though you know a lot about coffee, you are still curious to learn more and want to develop within the wonderful world of coffee and hospitality. Our Head Chef is Michelin star restaurant training and we take great pride in playing a part in development of all of our team in a positive, hard working and nurturing environment.
Candidates must be in the UK with valid working visas and be fully fluent in English.
