The production & logistics manager oversees and is responsible for both the creation of Fjord Coffee products as well as getting them to our clients in an efficient, effective and quality manner. They plan and implement roastery production days, create and implement new systems to improve workflow or quality. They are responsible for the staff management within the roastery, ensuring they are sufficiently trained and have the right resources available to complete their jobs to a high standard.
This bulk of this role will require time spent in the roastery, with a mixture of production management & logistics management tasks.
We are looking for someone who can proactively help Fjord to improve efficiency and professionalism within the roastery. We believe this role offers the opportunity to develop high transferable skills and learn about and master the inner workings of a quality focused coffee roastery.
We are looking for someone who has/is:
No coffee experience is required for this role although experience in coffee roastery looked upon favourably
