A unique opportunity, we are looking for an individual who can drive the following:
Work within our strategy to reflect our ethos and core values of accountability and being ethical business
Establish and maintain networks and healthy relationships across with our suppliers
Disrupt existing industry norms and define what accountability means in coffee to move us towards postcolonial coffee sourcing
Contribute to the sustainability of our business and quality coffee.
Work closely with our Head Barista to Maintain all aspects of Quality Control and ensure coffee requirements are delivered
Opening and Closing main Shifts overseeing daily service
Maintain and uphold our Zero Waste approach in our daily operation
Have a true passion for coffee as a natural product
Collaborative, team player Previous experience working with specialty coffee is crucial.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to both seek and share information is crucial.
