A unique opportunity, we are looking for an individual who can drive the following:
Work within our strategy to reflect our ethos and core values of accountability and ethical business
Establish, build and maintain networks and healthy relationships across with our suppliers
Disrupt existing industry norms and define what accountability looks like in coffee buying
Work with stakeholders throughout the supply chain, and the wider industry, to move us towards postcolonial coffee sourcing
Contribute to the sustainability of our business and quality coffee.
Work closely with our Head Barista to Maintain all aspects of Quality Control and ensure coffee requirements are delivered
Opening and Closing main Shifts overseeing daily serve
Maintain and uphold our Zero Waste approach in daily operation
Collaborative, team player Previous experience with working with specialty coffee is crucial .
Excellent communication skills and the ability to both seek and share information is crucial to the success of our business
