GAILs Bakery is a craft-focussed business that makes fantastic bread – and coffee. We have a deeply embedded coffee culture that we are very proud of. We value craft training and are looking for an experienced trainer to join our Coffee Team, reporting to the Head of Coffee.

In this role, you will support our Bakeries to craft coffee to a high standard, sharing your passion for specialty coffee and working with others to set a strong foundation in coffee knowledge and standards. You work with and lead a team of Coffee Trainers to plan and execute the coffee agenda. You will lead team communication in a transparent and credible manner, and create optimism. You will inspire others to drive quality and empower them to embed change.

GAILs is a fast-paced, growth-focussed business where the ability to stay organised and multi-task is a must. You will be comfortable and experienced in delivering training on-site, in a dedicated training space and online. Your role will also involve supporting bakeries through quarterly quality control and ad hoc support visits to drive team development, quality and sales. Your coaching style will be honest, encouraging and stretch growth in those around you.

We are looking for the right person to support our growth and help us focus on the future of coffee at GAILs. An inspiring coach who is both driven.
