Kaffeine is an established, independent Australian owned café with 2 locations in Fitzrovia in central London that is recruiting for experienced FOH service staff.
This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to further their career in the specialty coffee industry and that wants to work make their mark in a quality led establishment.
With the original store open for 10 years and the new store open over 4 years, we are regarded as being one of the best cafes in the UK and our intention is for this to long continue.
Service staff will work on the front section and are people who have a fantastic desire to work in specialty coffee and one day be a barista, but who do not yet have the required experience, or those who perhaps wish to open their own coffee shop one day.
Our standards are very high and we recruit people who want to be involved in a company with organisation, clear goals and standards and a fun working environment.
A very competitive rate of pay is on offer with an average 45 hours per week, as well as working alongside a determined, passionate and professional team with excellent working conditions in a reputable establishment on some of the best equipment.
Previous employees have left Kaffeine on good terms and have furthered their careers by opening or managing their own stores, being successful in coffee competitions, opening coffee events businesses and even founded their own dairy to supply London cafes with milk. Service staff have moved up over time from their original positions to being managers of the store.
