The Role: As the Manager for our in-store Cafe, you will play an integral part in providing our customers and communities with a premium, wholistic experience when they visit the store. You will build, lead and manage a small team to deliver an array of coffee, snacks and beverages in line with our Brand goal and message.

You will report into Store Leadership, partner with Commercial and Marketing teams when appropriate and play an integral role in welcoming key guests and athletes to the site. You will be the face, voice and heart of NOBULL’s physical presence in London - and you will help define, shape and build exactly what that means.

Duties:

• Responsible for the daily operations of the cafe space and those working within it • Hire, train and manage a small team of baristas • Partner with 3rd parties where appropriate for the provision of required services, machinery, ingredients and products • Take ownership for future direction and strategy of the space, ensuring that our offering is relevant to our communities and our consumer • Ensure that barista schedules and rotas are managed accordingly to cover store opening times, as well as key moments and events • Help integrate the cafe into the overall retail experience and ensure a seamless experience for our consumer • Installing the NOBULL philosophy to the wider team. Embedding and living by our core values • Supporting an Omni Channel approach to the Training Club through partnership with key teammates across the NOBULL organisation. • Constantly strive to listen to and hear our customer and our community. Provide feedback and insights into the evolution of the space to ensure it is serving its purpose • When required, ensure compliance with various NOBULL and Battersea protocols and processes, such as opening and closing

Experience:

  • Previous experience managing a coffee shop / cafe is essential.
  • Experience in building and maintaining a team with demonstrable drive for further development of both yourself and your team.
  • Previous experience in offering the highest level of customer service.
  • Knowledge of and interest in emerging trends within food and beverages
  • Experience within Retail would also be advantageous, but is not essential
  • A passion for the Sport/Training industry
  • Comfortable with a “work in progress” mindset. Someone that is open to trying new things in the pursuit of progress.
  • Ability to multitask, while still maintaining great customer service.
  • Can work weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required.
